Birthday dinner at @estiatoriomilos @marinabaysands Very pretty place, bright and airy, service is fantastic and personal. Seafood is the highlight here and it didn't disappoint, go for the salt baked and you get the most tender fish, lobster pasta is fabulous, perfectly cooked lobster with savoury pasta. Starters, octopus is cooked just right and the mushrooms were juicy! For dessert, greek yoghurt ice cream..... A must have, best yoghurt ice cream ever. Great ending. If you crave for seafood with a great atmosphere and service, you must try Milos.

Estiatorio Milos – Great overall, amazing ambience & service, food mostly solid Dined at Estiatorio Milos in Singapore and honestly, the ambience alone makes it a special night out — elegant but not stuffy, warm lighting, beautiful marble, and a relaxed Grecian flair. Service was excellent: attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and just right — not hovering, not distant. Food met expectations. Appetizers were very good, grilled fish was fresh and clean-tasting, but the lobster was a letdown. It was alive and clearly fresh, but had a chlorine-like taste — likely from overcrowded tanks or handling during transport, which can affect lobster flavor. I’d skip lobster next time, but everything else was solid. Overall, five stars for the whole experience — the ambience, service, and generally good seafood make it worth visiting.

I had an amazing birthday dinner at Estiatorio Milos at Marina Bay Sands. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Francesco and Mia for making the evening so memorable. Francesco gave excellent food recommendations — every dish we ordered was spot on. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about the menu. Mia was equally warm and welcoming, and together they created such a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere. What truly stood out was how interactive and engaging they were. The friendly conversations made the dinner feel personal rather than just another restaurant visit. It felt like we were genuinely taken care of. I’m truly glad I chose Estiatorio Milos to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended for both the food and the outstanding service.
